1. How long does processing and shipping take?

Processing takes 0–3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days.

3. How will I know my order shipped?

You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

4. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

5. What should I do if I receive the wrong or damaged item?

We're sorry! Please contact us within 30 days with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a refund or replacement.

6. Do you accept returns?

7. What is your refund process?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

9. What is Seel Worry-Free Purchase? Do I need it?

Seel Worry-Free Purchase is an optional protection you can add at checkout. It covers:

• Lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit
